Next, if necessary we create a general drawing to confirm our understanding. Stones and metals are determined. Then a Quote is generated and payment is discussed and agreed on. The creation process takes place and you are sent pictures throughout the process to ensure your piece is what you want. Some changes can be made during this time. On completion and final approval, final payment is required prior to shipping.
